Qell you could have done more work on the logo, you obviously copied it from the Original Official forum when it was in the idiot orange skin lol, you can turn the logo to gif and make the background transparent (I don't know how technically, but I know it is possible).

It is the first time for me to see this active type of forums (referring to its type name, not meaning active in its actual meaning). But I guess that the skin can be editted to be more lively, you know it is so plain this way, like putting more work on the links, making buttons for it, or making the whole system to phpbb or ipb and choose an appropiate skin, the ipb default skin is cool, and also the solaris phpbb one.

I guess that you lack the marketing sense, I don't know if you are in the original forum or not, here is the link but it is down anyway www.teentuffonline.com/forums, if it is up again you can always join it and say out loud that you are here and you will get people as far as I could think.

In general the sectionizing of the forum is not bad, I guess it is cool, maybe it needs to be focused a little bit. If the activity increases the sections categories will be better consequently, since you will get some feedback for it.
